1. Delivery Destinations

We deliver exclusively within the **United Kingdom (UK)**. We are based in Chorley, and do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders placed with shipping addresses outside the United Kingdom will be cancelled during our telephone verification check.

2. Complimentary UK Shipping

F. Abaya House is proud to offer **Complimentary Standard Shipping** across the United Kingdom for all purchases. There are no minimum order values or shipping fees applied at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Crafting Times

Because our premium luxury abayas are handcrafted and custom-finished to your height requirements, processing times apply:

• Order Verification: Once you place an order, our team will call your provided UK mobile number shortly after submission to confirm sizing, measurements, and address. Order crafting only starts after this phone verification.
• Sewing & Handcrafting: Standard sewing and crafting times take approximately **5 to 7 working days** from the date of telephone verification.

4. Delivery Timescales & Courier Partners

Once crafting is completed, your abaya is dispatched from our workshop in Chorley:

• Standard Courier Delivery: Delivery takes approximately **2 to 3 working days** from the date of dispatch.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect your abaya to arrive within **7 to 10 working days** from your phone confirmation date.
• Tracking: A delivery confirmation with tracking information will be sent to your provided email address once your order has been handed to our UK courier partners (e.g. Royal Mail or DPD).

5. Delivery Address Adjustments

If you need to change your delivery address after order placement, please contact us immediately during your verification call, via WhatsApp at `+44 7534 413588`, or via email at `f.abayahouse@gmail.com`. Address changes cannot be processed once the package has been dispatched from DPD/Royal Mail depots.

6. Returns and Exchange Window

Due to the customized crafting of our modesty wear collections, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience fit issues or receive a defective item, please contact us within **14 days** of delivery so we can assist you with tailoring or exchanges.
